Join the Winter Park History Museum at the Annual Be My Neighbor Day honoring the legacy of Fred Rogers.
This popular family event returns to Winter Park February 15th, bringing with it fun and educational activities for the whole family. This event is presented by WUCF TV, the Winter Park History Museum and the City of Winter Park.
WUCF will host family-friendly activities themed around being a good neighbor. The Winter Park History Museum will provide educational panels on the life and legacy of the late Fred Rogers and provide a “Hands on History” interactive experience for children. Guests will also have an opportunity to meet Daniel Tiger, star of the PBS KIDS program, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. Families can enjoy live music and activities. The event is free and open to the public.
The Winter Park History Museum & WUCF TV are proud to host this event as part of Winter Park’s Weekend of the Arts event, allowing anyone to discover arts and culture with exciting performances and unique exhibits at over 20 organizations throughout the city.
